One of the flowers of summer season, named "OKA TORA-no-O" in Japanese.
(I don't know how is called this plant in English)
Now, in the forest "AOBA-no-MORI" it is on the last stage of the flower's blooming.

Oh, I can feel the end of summer season when I see the last of this plant.

In the place where it enters the side road from the National Route 457, there was really the summer countryside seems landscape of Japan.

Small river, green rice fields, mountains...

It's very nice.

2014/08/02 - On the top of mushroom

On the ground in the forest, there were two mushrooms I found.
One was tall, another was lower.

There was a guest on the head of the taller mushroom.

There was a small white flower.
This flower is called as "SEN-NIN SO" in Japanese.

Sen-nin means hermit.
I don't know why it is called so.

But,
I feel somehow like understood the reason for its name.

In the forest, I was walking.
I found a small insect on a leaf irradiated the spotlight of sunshine from between the trees.

He is a star on the leaf stage !

The period of houttuynia flower blooming had over.
Now, it is blooming a small pink-colored "screw" flower.

It was not so good weather that raining on and off.

I was walking around my working place on the lunch time.
There was found a flower blooming on the side of road.

2014/07/06 - "Under the Snow" ?

White flowers bloomed in between the stone wall at Sendai castle.
Very strange shape of flower and leaf.

We Japanese people call them as "Yuki-no-shita".

Yuki means snow.
Shita means under.

So, this flower's name is "the under the snow".

But, it is July now.
Why this flower is called like that?

This flower is very small.
But, bright yellow color of the flower attracts my eyes.

Today was rainy day.
Now, it is in June. Close to the end of  azalea flower's season.

From now, it will start the snail's season.

He (or she?) is baby snail.

2014/05/31 - Only one flower

Now, I am standing on the side of "Naga-numa" moat in the Sendai castle.
There are many water lilies.

But now, it is little early for the flower season.

I found the only one flower on the moat.
I was very lucky.

Today's weather was not so good.
Blue sky and the sun could not see in all day.

Such dark sky made the calmed atmosphere in the forest.

No any other person.
No any other sound.

I found small, small flowers on the ground.

The flowers were look like monster.
It's very interesting forme.

Now, it is the flower season in the forest.
I found white colored violet flowers on the ground.

Pretty and small.
Ah, it is spring season now.

2014/04/18 - A flower between the stone wall

I found a flower that bloom from between the stone wall.
Perhaps anyone will not be interested in this flower.
But, this dandelion is very beautiful.

Here... the corner of a street in the city having about one million population.

In front, plum tree, in the back, cherry trees.
Full bloom of the flowers on the branches of all trees. 
It's very gorgeous!

2014/04/13 - "T"-character's cherry

In the mountain side of Sendai city, there are some primitive cherry trees.
This is one of them, "CHO-JI" cherry.
The side view of the blossom look like the character of "T".
(To be exact, the KANJI-character of "丁" called as "CHO")

I like this cherry blossom because they have some modestic atmosphere.

2014/04/10 - Castle and Cherry tree

Now, it is in the season of cherry blossom.
This cherry tree stands on the side of the simbolic building of Sendai city, named WAKI-YAGURA of the main gate (OHTE-MON) in the Sendai castle.

The OHTE-MON was destroyed and lost by the last world war, unfortunately.

But, this WAKI-YAGURA was re-built in 1967.
Japanese traditional building and Cherry blossom... it's very nice combination.
